Executive Secretary

Job Description:
The Executive Secretary is a competent professional who supports high-ranking officials by organizing schedules, attending meetings, managing correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. Excellent time-management and organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and a strong understanding of business administration.
She must possess exceptional time-management and multitasking skills to handle multiple re-sponsibilities efficiently. Her diligence and competence will allow executives to focus on their managerial duties without distractions.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Main Responsibilities
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field

Job Description:
Working in social media, communications, and public relations (PR) involves organising the company’s online presence and helping to shape its reputation. As a manager in this field, you develop communication, marketing and social media plans to increase awareness of a brand or organisation and attract international relations and business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the company’s Communications, public relation and social media strategy.
- Guiding the company’s output on social media platforms and handling the organisation’s media strategy.
- Integrate the company’s PR and social media posts to create a favourable public image.
- Research and write press releases to send out to journalists, broadcasters and newswires.
- Liaise with graphic designers, photographers and content writers to create in-house magazines, articles, videos and social media posts.
- List of media contacts and monitor press coverage in newspapers, magazines and broadcasts.
- Building relationships with the media.
- Develops strong working relationships with people operating across different media

Job Description:
Design, develop and direct the overall commercial strategy along the LNG supply value-chain, including LNG origination, portfolio management, and contracts structure with producers and off-takers.
Essential Functions:
The company is looking for a high professional, Senior Executive, ‘’Head for LNG Portfolio Contracts, Supply and Trading’’ across Europe, based between Greece, Western Balkans, Mediterranean region and East Africa. He/she will work alongside the front office business leads for LNG Trading and Origination as one of the core internal and external business champions. The LNG expert will lead the energy portfolio build out directly and be a key element of the overall LNG strategy development, including capacity allocation assessment to major European LNG import terminals.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key commercial representative in this role will be responsible for establishing a deeper marketing presence across all the regional players for LNG and help deliver AMACO’s capabilities in structuring and execution of transactions.
In particular:
- High knowledge of the LNG market, including LNG supply value-chain, LNG producers from US, Gulf and Africa, LNG consumers, and capacity allocation holders.
- LNG pricing and execution, including NBP, TTF, Brent index, other related pricing models.
- MSPAs, MSAs, Notification Papers, Confirmation Notes, LNG bank LC process and execution.
- Originate, process and execute LNG source in close coordination with the LNG Trading and Origination functions.
- Championing regional opportunities in LNG (and related cross commodity plays) to help all levels of the organization deepen their understanding of the market.
- Analysis and structuring of transactions in the region. The role will be critical to framing, evaluating and closing commercial opportunities across Europe and East Africa.
- Sign up new customers/ LNG producers, including managing the sign-up of master sales agreements and other contractual frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for Investments, financing, MOUs, JVs and M&A within LNG and related sectors that create trading value for the LNG business.
- Create and monetize opportunities in LNG break bulk/ small scale LNG.
- Organize market tests and proceed all capacity allocation of the FSRU terminal to the capacity holders.
- Assist/lead projects as required and function as team-player with the other members of the team.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation as a reliable and reputable business partner.
Basic Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Engineering or/and Business Administration or Master’s degree.
- Business experience and relationships across LNG producers, with a minimum 6+ Years’ Experience in LNG supply, trading, origination, deal execution and analysis role within LNG and physical gas, preferably gained within an oil and gas major, LNG producer, large-scale consumer, utility, or commodity trading house. Knowledge of traded NG and power markets.
- Commercial and analytical skillset.
- Proven track record of delivery.
- Excellent understanding of the LNG market and its commercial and operational characteristics (cargoes, shipping, charters, regas, liquefaction, FSRU capacity allocation, market tests, storage).
- Fluent English

Essential Functions:
The company is looking for a high professional, Senior Executive, ‘’NG Regulatory Compliance’’, based between SE Europe, Central Europe, and East Africa, to facilitate the regulatory and legal compliance matter with the energy authorities, NG systems operators, users and other participants to the NG and LNG business process of its activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key legal and regulatory representative across the companies NG and LNG activities. In particular:
- High knowledge of the NG and LNG European market, including LNG supply value-chain, natural gas, and electricity.
- Legal and regulatory framework of NG., LNG and electricity in Greece and Europe.
- LNG terminals operation and integration with local and EE energy systems.
- Energy integration and transmission.
- Capacity allocation across the national and cross-border systems.
- NG transmission systems, and capacity allocation agreements.
- Licenses process with energy regulatory authorities.
- Users of the NG and LNG systems agreements.
- Other commercial agreements, incl. EFET (EE NG), MSPAs (LNG), MSAs (LNG), SPAs, PPAs (Power), etc.
Basic Requirements:
- Degree in Legal and energy regulatory
