He is a high technology pioneer and entrepreneur, with extensive leadership roles and advisory positions across Bahrain and Middel East. Osama has served as Chairman at Danat Al Bahrain, Spire Tech, and Chairman of Audit and Risks Committee and Board Member at INOVEST. He also served as Chairman at Baytik Industrial Oasis Company WLL.
He is the Co-Founder, Partner, and Board Member at Aion Digital. Furthermore, was board member of Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain and served as High Commissioner – Bahrain at the World Business Angels Investment Forum.

He was the Vice Chairman at Bahrain Industry Association, and the Founder and President of Ebtikar Association for innovation development. Osama has graduated from the University of Bahrain, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
